If you have been cooking all week, your oven may be in need of a spot clean. Whether you need to clean a small spill or the entire oven- there is a "green" way to clean it. Sprinkle the area you need to clean with baking soda. Spread it around so the entire area is covered with the thick powder. Now take a spray bottle of water and spray the baking soda until it is moist. Let is sit-overnight if you can. Respray the area before you go to bed, to keep it moist. In the morning take a microfiber cloth and wipe up the powder. The oven will be nice and clean- and free from any toxic fumes so you can keep cooking all weekend!
