Old discovery

Buried deep in the Mojave Desert is one of the biggest and richest deposits of borax on the planet. This deposit was discovered in 1872 and the 20 mule team was how they got the borate out of the mines! Borax is actually a name like Kleenex. The actual chemical that is being mined in Death Valley is Borate. Borax is the name of the company that supplies over 60 % of the worlds needs of Borate. Borax is a great green alternative for brightening laundry. It is also good for washing smelly clothes like baby diapers or soccer equipment! You can find Borax at any grocery store in the laundry section. Try it! It is in the same box my grandmother used to use!

  1. I use this to make my own laundry detergent. It works great. You can also use it to clean your China.
